Faye Webster’s concert was a mix of soft, colorful, and fun moments. It wasn’t over-the-top or flashy, but that’s what made it feel so real and personal.
The show opened with a Minion intro that caught the crowd off guard and set a lighthearted tone as the minions sang her opening song “But Not Kiss.” Behind her, the laundry-themed background – a reference to her latest album Underdressed at the Symphony – added a cozy yet aesthetic vibe to the stage.

The lighting shifted with the mood of each song. Most of the first set had a soft blue glow, but during “Dream with a Baseball,” the lights turned pink, adding to the song's romantic feel. These small changes made the atmosphere feel connected to the music in a quiet but powerful way.
There were plenty of moments that kept the crowd engaged. During “Johnny,” Faye Webster went silent as the audience softly sang along, creating a calm but emotional moment.
What made the night feel even more special was how personal it all felt. Faye skipped the fake encore and instead introduced her best friend Nunu before starting the final set. It felt genuine, like we were sharing a space not just with an artist but with a person surrounded by people she loves.

The concert closed with “Kingston,” her most popular song. Bubbles began to float through the air, and at one point, Faye let the crowd finish a lyric. The stage lit up with rainbow LEDs, ending the night on a colorful, joyful note.
Faye Webster’s concert wasn’t about big, dramatic moments – it was about the quiet, beautiful ones. This tour is a little playful, a little emotional, but full of heart. Her tour continues into the summer, and you can find the dates here. Check out the full gallery from her show in Toronto below!
